Annual Conference Event Requests
The deadline to submit an event request has ended as of March 31, 2008. We are in the process of making venue assignments, which is coordinate by the Coordinator of Annual Conference in consultation with Lakeside. Venue assignments will be based on the information received in conjunction with the facility which can best meet the needs for all requests. The submission of an event request form only constitutes a request to reserve a venue at Annual Conference. Once the venue is assigned, you will be contacted by the Lakeside Association to discuss the menu and to finalize plans for your event. Click here to view the 2008 Conference menu.
