The deadline to submit an event request has ended as of March 31, 2008. We are in the process of making venue assignments, which is coordinate by the Coordinator of Annual Conference in consultation with Lakeside. Venue assignments will be based on the information received in conjunction with the facility which can best meet the needs for all requests. The submission of an event request form only constitutes a request to reserve a venue at Annual Conference.
