Love First Offering:
Bishop's Love First Miracle Offering Letter
Our Love First Miracle Offering goal is $325,000.  The offering will be used to support leadership development efforts in West Ohio and around the world:
1.     $75,000 will go to support clergy and lay leadership training in our four mission partnerships in Southeast Asia, the North Katanga Conference in the Congo, the Oriental Conference in Mexico and the Volga District in Russia.
2.     $100,000 will go to support West Ohio Conference's Next Generation leadership development efforts.
3.     10,000 school kits for children in the United States and around the world (valued at $150,000). Here is information about how to assemble a school kit: SCHOOL KITS (color .PDF) (black and white .PDF).
 
Off-Site Housing at Annual Conference
This year, housing requests can be filled out online and a link will be posted on March 1. All clergy and lay members to annual conference will also receive the annual housing mailing with a list of sites available on Lakeside grounds as well as sites available off Lakeside Grounds. Deadlines:
·         March 15: Deadline to receive any items expected to be on the AC Agenda. Email items to Tim McCoy at tmccoy@wocumc.org or mail it to the conference office.
·         March 23: Deadline to receive all materials for the Book of Reports. Email items to Grace Gerber at ggerber@wocumc.org or mail it to the conference office.
·         May 1: Deadline to receive all materials for Media Presentations and scripts. Email items to Sue Alley at salley@wocumc.org or mail it to the conference office.
·         May 1: Deadline to receive all material to be handed out at AC. Email items to Grace Gerber at ggerber@wocumc.org or mail it to the conference office.
·         May 6: Book of Reports available
